We have provided the opportunity for customers to chose which features they want to use in XenLeads - based on the functionality provided to the User License.
Every Customer requires an Administrator License. This user is responsible for adding and removing other users, and setting their permissions. They also configure the various settings throughout XenLeads.
This user is generally used by the Call Center or Telemarketer team. They have full Contact Management and calling options, and even set appointments for Sales Reps and Managers.
These accounts are also useful for Team Leads, so they can also follow up with customers.
General purpose user, which is great for anyone that does not need to dial, or administer the other users.
These licenses are great for general use, for those that need to use or review Contacts, Leads, and Deals.
