Dialer Ringing but Cannot Answer?

Usually when a dialer experiences ringing without the option to answer a call, it is the result of having multiple tabs or windows open with the dialer. (The phone will ring and give the option to answer on only one instance of the dialer per computer). Please have the dialer confirm that XenLeads is open on only one tab and/or window.
