I. Preparing to Make a Call
Make sure you're ready before you make your first call.
A. Make Sure You Are Online
1. Before you Can Use the Campaign Dialer, you Must Set Your Online Status to Online.
A. Open a Campaign that is available
1. Some Campaigns may be configured with dial-time restrictions. Campaigns with restricted dial times, which are not currently available to call, will have an orange button that displays the time when the Campaign will become available again.
2. Any Campaign with a green launch button is available for you to begin dialing.
